London -- BroadVision today announces that eircom, Ireland's largest communications company, has now gone live with its new eCRM initiative http://www.eircom.ie eircom is the latest in a number of major communications companies who have successfully deployed e-business solutions from BroadVision, including British Telecom.
eircom chose BroadVision software as the platform for the new initiative to provide a richer customer experience for both business and consumer users of the site. BroadVision were selected above other vendors in the market due to the flexibility of their applications and ease of deployment. The personalised e-business applications enable eircom to manage content, observe customers needs, and personalise products, prices and promotions to better meet customer and partner needs.
Feature benefits include regular updated bill tracking, which enables eircom customers to view and pay bills on-line and up to the minute national and international news that matches the user's personal or business interests.
Customers can also report and track faults using the online repair service.
They can also view their current line configuration with the option to add further services online.
