NSW: Stand off with armed man in state s south continues
SYDNEY, Feb 24 AAP - An armed stand-off continues near Tumut this evening, more than
24 hours after shots were fired at police by a man holed-up in his hut.
Police said officers were sent to a property at 8.30am (AEDT) yesterday, but retreated
when the a 57-year-old man produced a firearm.
He fired a number of shots in the direction of police shortly after 3pm (AEDT) yesterday,
