Oly: America embraces Australian gold medallist Camplin
MELBOURNE, Feb 21 AAP - America has embraced Australia's Olympic aerial ski championAlisa Camplin, taking her on a publicity whirlwind since she won gold.
The bubbly 27-year-old, who won Australia's first ever skiing gold medal on Tuesday,has appeared on the NBC news and the network's national morning program, The Today Show.
Today she will be flown by Lear jet to Hollywood to appear live on the Jay Leno Show.
"Everyone's been just adorable to me here, the US public has been amazing," she toldMelbourne radio 3AW.
